Service Durations : For half-day services, the duration is up to 4 hours, and for full-day services, the duration is up to 8 hours.
Interpretation Arrangements : For continuous interpretation lasting 3 hours, a single interpreter can be provided. However, for meeting interpretations exceeding 3 hours, arrangements for two or more interpreters are necessary. Please contact us for more details.
Service Request Timeline : We recommend clients submit service requests at least one month in advance. However, we understand the need for flexibility, and orders can be accommodated up to two business days before the event, depending on the interpreter’s availability.

Factors influencing the final cost include language pair, document complexity, urgency, and volume.
Additional services such as editing and proofreading are available at $0.05 per word.
